This Dennis the Menace strip actually ran in 1970, hard as it might be to believe. You’d certainly like to give creator Hank Ketcham the benefit of the doubt, but … wow.
The Cleveland Press actually ran an apology the next day:
Yesterday’s DENNIS THE MENACE cartoon offended a number of Press readers. The Press apologizes for the affront caused by the cartoonist. It assures subscribers that such a thing will not happen again.
Dennis the Menace still runs in over 1,000 newspapers, although it’s now drawn and written by Ketchum’s former assistants, Marcus Hamilton and Ron Ferdinand.

Whats racist if Jackson runs faster he runs faster?
It amazes me how slow some people are.
Brian, the racism is in the drawing. If you can’t see that, then there is seriously something disturbingly wrong with you.
No Dana, you are the one that has something sertiously wrong with you, with your fanatical 8itchy political corectness bs.
You tell ‘em Ralph!
